Early-access signup

We ask for your first name and email address when you join the waitlist. We use these details to manage early access and send you news about Ease. We also keep a record of when you signed up. Service providers help us store your signup and deliver updates.

Your choices and contact

You can ask to stop receiving updates or request deletion of your signup details by emailing hello@withease.app. If you write to us or use the contact form, we use your name, email address, and message to respond to your enquiry. Service providers help deliver your message to our inbox. Contact messages are separate from the early-access waitlist and are not added to it.

The interactive previews

The interactive examples are for exploration only. The thoughts you enter and the choices you make in these examples stay on your device and are not sent to us.

Your appearance preference

We remember your light or dark appearance choice on your device so the website feels familiar when you return. This preference is not sent to us.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookie-free website analytics to understand visits, pages viewed, referral sources, general device information, and how often visitors join the waitlist or send a message. We do not include names, email addresses, messages, or thoughts entered in the interactive previews in analytics events. URL query parameters and section anchors are excluded, and we respect your browser’s Do Not Track setting. We do not use advertising trackers or signup cookies. The hosting service may process ordinary request information, such as an IP address, to deliver and secure the site.
